Audible is a propietary format (based on MP3, though). There isn't an encoder available to the public. >2. Depends on your skills and the need you have for bookmarks. ;-) If you have access to a Mac, it should be easy. Then, you'll need a Mac-reading program. MacDrive or MacOpener. And those aren't free. Depending on how lucky you are, you could experience a drop in transfer speeds, due to the extra layer of filesystem translation. Most don't, but YMMV. >3.
