Make sure you are either using the older psytel and mp4ui (I provided links in an earlier email) or the two files Hamish used. mp4ui: right click in the white area. you'll get a menu with open and batch convert. choose batch convert, then files. supposedly, a new version of mp4creator will be out shortly that you can use with the latest psytel encoder.
