m4p length

Hi, Sorry if we get this twice I sent it from the wrong account and wasn't = sure it would arrive I have just recently bought a 15Gb Ipod and I am very pleased with it. I'm also using Ephpod 2.70a because it is alot better then the supplied software. =20 I have been transfering mp3's without any problems so I decided to try mp4, I bought the Nero encoder, encoded some cd's, changed their extension to m4p, they all transfered fine and everything seemed to be working except for some reason I'm missing about 50secs of the end of each mp4. I checked the files and they have the correct length in Quicktime but when I load them using Ephpod they lose about 50 secs, any ideas ? Sorry if this question has been asked, I had a look through the archive and counldn't see anything.
