A quick Google search found this program: "WMA Studio" http://www.shelltoys.com/wma_studio/ It can transcode WMAs to MP3s. It's not freeware but it has a 30 day trial period. If you have the time, you are probably better off re-ripping your CDs to MP3 format, as you will lose some quality transcoding from WMA->MP3...
