What's this I'm reading about clicks/beeps? mick wrote "I'm also
noticing less clicks/beeps between tracks, although not all of them seem
to be gone." in a message about the 2.0.1 Update.
I'm not an iPod owner yet, but I've been thinking about buying one
because I'm getting tired of the various minor problems with my two year
old 20GB Neo player. I thought the iPod was the premium product with the
highest cost but perfect engineering. I would consider extraneous noise
of any kind to be a dealbreaker flaw.
Is this a defect in a small number of units? Would this be grounds for
replacement if I bought one from someplace with an extended warantee?
