alarms in ipod

ok, i am a little bit late and little bit off the subject ... but how
exactly can i make an 
alarm on my ipod? playlist ones preferred!

got an old 5gb ipod

windows 2000 sp3
ephpod 2.70a

can do it on os x with itunes 4 too if that helps
