New user here, I just got an iPod a few days ago. I'm using EphPod on the advice of others. I'm using version 2.70a. I loaded about 10G of mp3s onto my 15G iPod. I frequently fiddle with my mp3 files on my desktop - sometimes re-ripping, editing the id3 tags, etc. I just did a massive volume leveling and now I want to synch the edited files over to the iPod. But EphPod isn't doing anything. Apparently, all it's doing is comparing the file +names+, ignoring the dates or any other "hey, this file is different" characteristics. How can I get it to actually +synchronize+ the files, including re-loading updated files? "Hard drive mode" is enabled. In case it matters, the desktop is Windows XP Pro sp1, and the iPod is connected via i.link, daisy chained off another external storage device. -- Jeffrey Kaplan <*> www.gordol.org The from userid is killfiled <*> Send personal mail to gordol "It was G'Lan, I saw him with my own eyes, he swooped down as was told in the old stories."
