I think I've posted these before, but here's a workaround to the renaming.  
I just run these scripts each time I add new MP4/AAC files through Nero to 
my collection.

Note:  These have only been tested on Win XP.  I don't know that they will 
work for previous versions of Windows, due to the way the FOR command 
changed in XP.
