Well this problem is quite reproducible. I can't re-synchronise or synchronise more than once without getting the FP Division by Zero Error. It doesn't happen with purely MP3 files; only when there are M4A files in the synch folders on my PC - so I guess it must be related to them. I noticed the sample rate of M4A files loaded to the iPod are described as "16hz" in EphPod (actually they are 128kbps LC/AAC Nero 6 encoded files) - I hope this gives a clue to what is going wrong - as it's time-consuming to delete all files off the iPod before re-synchronising each time. Any Comments, Joe?
