Both the answers in the two article in the archives could be correct,
but there's another - corrupt file.

Some encoded mp3s can sometimes not-quite fit the proper standard that
hardware-based devices need to play them back. Programs such as Winamp
can be a lot more forgiving when it comes to this, which may explain why
it plays on your computer but not on the iPod. The corruption could be
either in the transfer of the file, or in the file itself. So try the
following.

A) Delete the file off the iPod and copy it over manually without using
the sync function
or
B) Re-rip or get another copy of the particular track.

If you delete it off the iPod and transfer it back over, the should
resolve any iPod-not-finding-song issues, so I'm suspecting it's more
likely to be B. But fiddle around and give them both a try.
