Problem with Ephpod

I have a problem with my ephpod program. I am running ephpod on my windows 2000 professional computer. It used to work great, then I had to reformat my IPOD. Since then, I can hook up the ipod, it's recognized by windows, ephpod starts, asks me to identify the drive, which I do. Then it get stuck, i.e. the screen disappears, ephpod shows on the task bar, but I cannot see the screen. Any thoughts, anybody?
