I think they are stored in the iTunesDB, but I'm not sure libgpod lists
them (yet). So far, there is an ITDB_MEDIATYPE_RINGTONE in itdb.h (which is
used in Itdb_Track to indicate what type it is) and the parser also has
an ITDB_PLAYLIST_MHSD5_RINGTONES define, which might indicate that the ringtones
are stored in the database, but in a separate section as the music/video
files.

However, I tried looking at an iphone with just the stock ringtones, and
from a quick glance, I couldn't see the stock ringtones either in the main
track list or in this ringtone list, so I'm not sure how things work :-/
Maybe it only shows the additional ringtones in the iTunesCDB.
