gtkpod 2.0.2 released

Morning people,

Just to say the 2.0.2 has been kicked out the door. It screamed a little
and tried to hide itself in the depths of sourceforge's architecture but
all sorted now.

As intended with 2.0.1, this is bug fixes only whilst new features to go
in 2.1.0 stream (gtk3).
