new plugin - clarity

Evening,

For those of you interested in more eye candy ...

I am experimenting with clutter and its all fun transformations. As
such, I have developed a new clutter-based cover art display (as
coverflow-esque as many other implementations on the net).

I have pushed it to the gtk-3.0 branch so if people would like to take
it for a test drive and report any bugs then feel free.

This is intended as the beginning of a couple of new plugins using
clutter designed to make the interface more swish and definitely provide
more eye candy ;)
