However, a combination of Apple making it very hard to reverse-engineer the later ipod databases and declining developer interest has led to the current lack of activity. Same goes for gtkpod at the moment. Although, I am still trying to do some tasks and bug fixes, my time is at a premium these days. That's said, if you feel you want to try things and have a flair for getting going, I am sure Christophe, I and any of the other developers over the last few years will try and support whatever efforts you put in.
