We certainly fall into the "public good" section.

Not quite sure what you're after, but I see Consume's aim as providing a 
local data network for the community.  What the network is used for and 
what form it takes is immaterial.  This means that Consume is equally 
interested in getting fibre lit up across the city, and getting blanket 
802.11b coverage.  Ideally, I think we'd have both!  There's so many uses 
for a data network, I never know where to start!
