wrong packages in /docs/contrib/debian-packages.txt

Hi,

trying a fresh install with latest cvs on debian sarge
(cat debian-packages.txt | grep -v "#" | xargs apt-get install)
I found that (at least in sarge) the packages libcvs-perl and 
libmail-rfc822-address-perl could not be found.
Moreover I am wondering if packages like slapd, cyrus and so on should 
also be added to that list?
