If you need packages for sarge, I would suggest doing a bit of research on packages.debian.org, to find the appropiate perl debs. Well, actually none of that packages are really required to run ISPMan, as you can use alternate software (Sun LDAP Server, courier mail, etc.), so they can just be a suggestion. Nevertheless, I added some of them to the list as "recommended" packages.
