I can't recall what libcvs-perl is used for. It probably was a leftover 
from the provided debian list.

Package info is based on etch. If you need packages for sarge, I would 
suggest doing a bit of research on packages.debian.org, to find the 
appropiate perl debs. In this case just look for packages containing 
"Address.pm" and it should lead you to the right deb.

Well, actually none of that packages are really required to run ISPMan, 
as you can use alternate software (Sun LDAP Server, courier mail, etc.), 
so they can just be a suggestion.

Nevertheless, I added some of them to the list as "recommended" packages.
