Summary: SOA serial resets on SOA update

Initial Comment:
I noticed that if I do SOA update to any domain, serial
of that domain is reset to first of that day
(yyyymmdd01). Easy to reproduce:

1. Do some A/CNAME/MX/NS update, so your SOA serial
goes up few. (Note, it seems to go up per command in
session, so it isn't 1 at a time, but could be more.)
2. Check that serial is updated at file.
3. Do SOA update and commit it. 
4. Check serial from file, and it seems to be changed
at yyymmdd01 again.
5. This loop can be gone through endless times.
