Initial Comment:
Aparently, mailbox_actions*.lib is not working
correctly, i'll examplify:
# /opt/ispman/bin/ispman.setMailboxQuota -h borba
[email protected] 555
# cyradm -u cyrus borba
borba.ufsoft.org> lq
user/abcdef\.fedcba\@ccp\.ufsoft\.org                 
                             STORAGE 0/555 (0%)
# ldapsearch -x -LLL [email protected]
mailQuota            dn:
[email protected],ou=users,ispmanDomain=ccp.ufsoft.org,o=is
pman
mailQuota: 130048

Notice the diferences?

Using the mailbox_actions*.lib executes the right
commands but is not updating ldap nor generating the
command to be executed by the ispman-agent(at least
with debug set to 3 there's no output in ispman-agent).

Shouldn't all, even CLI binaries generate a command to
be executed by ispman-agent and not execute right away?
