The problem seems to be that ISPMan does not know how to handle subdomains. Making it know would also require *alot* of internal re-coding, although it would be the ideal solution. I encountered the same problem while dealing with the mailman(now postponed) integration. I created a "fake" domain(ie, the subdomain). He also sugested to create for example a replica domain.
