Summary: After Upgr. non-PAB branch to PAB Branch, add user throws err

Initial Comment:
Hi,
if you upgrade to current CVS (which contains the personal address book PAB feature), ispman.ldifupdate will correct/add all values which are required on a version change in ISPMan.

But it does not check however, if ou=yourhosteddomain.de,ou=pabs,o=ispman exists. When you add a mailuser with the web UI, you will get an error about the insertion of dn uid:newuser, ou=yourhosteddomain.de,ou=pabs,o=ispman ...

workaround: add the entry manually:
---
dn: ou=yourhosteddomain.de,ou=pabs,o=ispman
ou: yourhosteddomain.de
objectclass: organizationalUnit
---

You have to do this for each domain.
