Hello Fabio,
there is a pre-patched ISPMan version abround 0.97 which was extented by 
  a user who unforunately did not create a patch. I have a copy of his 
tarball, but was not able to look into it yet. If you are a skilled 
(perl) coder, I can give you that tarball. You could check out an old 
ISPMan from svn, build a patch, and look what is needed to integrate it. 
I will galdly assist you, and I think "highttower" will help you too.
