I hacked a little named templates. The resoult would be:

zone "<perl>$domain</perl>" IN {
        type master;
        file "<perl>$file</perl>";
        allow-query {'any'};
};

In theroy should be relatively simple add acl management to ispman but 
it would be enough correct define an allow-tranfer as default in 
named.conf and allow-query {'any'}; on domain template. the problem 
would be compatibility with bind ldap backend.
