new ispman website

There is a new site online. http://www.ispman.net

Its built using a CMS system.

This will eventually free me from having to maintain it myself. I will 
be able to delegate changes to other people.

I have also added a implementation page (second link). This is targeted 
towards commercial clients. This is the kind of "statement of work" I 
had to sent to each request. I prefer to put it in the open now so 
people not interested to invest dont bug me.

It also gives a reference doc to other developers who also do or want to 
do consulting work related to ISPs.


Currently I try to copy as close as possible the old site.

In future there will be news/forum/faq/parters section with distributed 
administration.
