Initial Comment:
The common error is inability to delete mailboxes.
ispman-agent acts as if everything's ok, but the
mailboxes remain undeleted. 
Should be doing manually the following actions:

cyradm --user cyrus localhost
password:
>setaclmailbox user.mailbox_domain_name cyrus lrswipcda
>delete user.mailbox_domain_name
>exit
