Wishlist: suexec support per Domain + default

Hi,

as discussed on IRC I would like to have a feature that makes it
possible, to add suexec to a vhost.

Currently I patch vhosts.conf.template by adding those lines:

User "#<perl>$uidNumber</perl>"
Group "#<perl>$gidNumber</perl>"
RLimitMEM 200000000

I would like to see checkboxes in the admin/vhost area to set those
values (That last one is not for suexec. but memory limit per vhost).

The first two lines could be checkboxes per vhost, the last on a freely
configurable value. It would be also nice, to be able to set default
values for those in configure....
