Summary: ispman.dnsset - change of SOA does not work

Hello,

a change of SOA does not work with that tool. It does
not throw any error when trying to change (try
changeing e.g. the TTL of a partcular domain).

Besdides that it would be nice to see a function that
changes only elements of a SOA, i.e. only set the TTL
(at the time you can only set the whole SOA new).
