LDAP Queries HELP

I'm having troubles with the ldap queries, using my patch ->

LDAP entry for Both users used to create logs ->

LDAP entry for the domain -> http://ispman.pastebin.com/758620

Basicly postfix is being unable to find the users in the virtual maps.
Any help would be much apreciated.
