The easiest way to remove the localization etc is to remove nls.conf from your ispman/conf folder. The 0.9.7.l10n release was experimental, is not supported and not maintained. If you are using this release, please remove it and replace it with 0.9.7. Or wait for a few days and a new release 1.0 will be out. best regards.
