select a Language

 
Hello All, 
  
 Juste a small question: 
 How can i do to have a french language working in the IspMan web interface  
 using the fr_fr.po or something else? 
 i didn't find where to make a change for that . 
 im using the last tar.gz 0.9.7 updating from CVS with "cvs update -dP" , and 
i  
 didn't have in the admin/index.cgi page the possibility to choose a language
