Well,

it might be an option to use squirrelmail (a webmail frontend) for a 
user based spamassassin configuration. AFAIK for squirrelmail there is a 
tool available that makes this possible.

Currently, configuration of spamassassin via the ispman control center 
is not possible at the moment (I think)
