It works, at least POP3 works, after changing Cyrus ports.
Now I'll test the IMAP and the SSL for both.

Following your advice about perdition in /etc/default/perdition I set the 
variables
POP3_FLAGS="-p 1110"
IMAP4_FLAGS="-p 1143"

Do you think that the following will translate from crypt to clear and work?

POP3S_FLAGS="-p 1110"
IMAP4S_FLAGS="-p 1143"
