[newb] one site, multiples domains hwoto ?

I've got two domains, one is gobeline.com and the second gobeline.qc.ca. I would like to know what are the way to set it up in ispman for web service and email. do i have to create two entry in ispman or can i have one entry for both domain, for the web and email? How do i proceed ?
