Well, you more or less came up with the same idea I had while looking 
through the code.

Please have a look at the screenshots here:

So, which of the users / owners defined here is the named user, the perl 
script complains about?
   - the domain owner
   - the domain customer
   - the domain client?

The names for domain owner and domain customer are identical with the 
ones for the domain this domain is a replica of. (They are just 
additional strings, so this should not be of importance)

I guess, because the CreateCannonicalMapEntry script is failing and 
there were some changes to the code I guess I will try upgrading my 
ispman installation and see whether this helps.
