I was one of the guys posting in favour of mod_perl... I tried it again
after upgrading ISPman not too long ago. It's a LOT faster (5X ?) with
mod_perl. However, after running it for a while, some side affects such
as not showing all the domains, not showing all users, etc starts to
occur. End result of that test is that I had to disable mod_perl to make
ISPMan usable again (showing correct data). I suspect that this is
because of some global variables/objects, but have not had time to do a
full debug of that.

The poor performance is caused by loading many megs of Perl modules,
plus ISPMan code, plus reconnecting to LDAP with a poorly performing
pure-perl implementation of LDAP.
