I apologize for my ignorance.
About the 1st document, I have not understood yet how you succeed in 
routing your address to the subdomain. That is, if you have

mailLocalAddress: [email protected]
mailRoutingAddress: [email protected]

How, where do you teach ispman the mailRoutingAddress ?

If you need a single MX server for 2 domains and one IMAP per domain, how 
would you configure the services ? My real need is to hide the IMAP of the 
domain of our public administration much inside the intranet.
