Hi Wim et all,

Yes, the slapd daemon dies just when I click "Login"
as Adminstrator. Here is one message from syslog:
Feb 28 0:17:03 wb1 slapd[4635]: daemon: socket()
failed errno=97 (Address familly not supported by
protocol)
Again this is happening after upgrading to perl-8+ or
apache-ssl+. Will try to upgrade slapd and see if it
works.
Well please continue to find the solution.
