makefile of ispman (cvs)

hi all,
I've created a rpm for ispman. 
The 1.2 release was really a nightmare, but with the
cvs snapshot it is really more easy.

Anyway, i found in the makefile the following line
[install-agent target]:


$(INSTALL) -c -m 750 bin/ispman-agent
$(DESTDIR)$(PREFIX)/bin

From my point of view should be 

$(INSTALL) -c -m 750 bin/ispman-agent
$(DESTDIR)$(PREFIX)/bin/ispman-agent 

The cvs version create a file named bin that it's the
real ispamn-agent.

Is there a reason for that, or it was simply a
mistake.
In the latter case, hope this helps you.
