Hi List! Im very new to this list! The thing im trying to do is to import the old ldap database which is used for ISPman. I used the command slapcat to export the database to an .ldif file. I have a completely fresh machine with the same ldap configuration as the old server. Im trying to import the exported .ldif file by applying the following command: slapadd -f /etc/openldap/slapd.conf -l ldap_dump.ldif and when i do this i get the following error message: slapadd: dn="dc=com,ou=DNS,o=outpost24" (line=1239): (64) naming attribute 'dc' is not present in entry The line thats not working looks like this: dn: dc=com,ou=DNS,o=outpost24 If someone has any tips it would really be appreciated, im starting to loose faith in LDAP. -- David Jacoby Research & Development Outpost24 Security tel: +46-(0)455-612311 eml: [email protected] ------------------------------------------------------- SF.Net email is sponsored by: Tell us your software development plans!
