Hi all,

a problem signalled by some users happened to me too, after a prolongued
black out. I think that my ispman bdb database is corrupted. Unfortunately
I have no backups, I was too optimistic.
Do you think that a rebuild of bdb index is sufficient ? Do you know how to
perform it ?

In the log the error sequences start with :

May 18 10:08:41 ispman postfix/trivial-rewrite[1348]: fatal:
ldap:ldapvirtualmaps(0,100): table lookup problem
May 18 10:08:41 ispman postfix/trivial-rewrite[1349]: warning:
dict_ldap_connect: Unable to bind to server ldap://localhost:389 as : 81
(Can't contact LDAP serv
er)

If I try

/opt/ispman/bin/ispman.ldifdump >myispmanldap.ldif
I obtain "Cannot make a connection to LDAP serverCan't call method "search"
on an undefined value at /opt/ispman/bin/../lib/ISPMan/LDAP.pm line 380."

I see in /var/lib/ldap

drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 2004-11-25 13:48 .

I'd think that it is just matter of indexes.

Do you have any ideas ?
