1.3 install problems

Hi and a happy new year to all ISPMan users,

i am trying to get ISPMan 1.3 up on a x86_64 Gentoo Box.
Everything installed fine and i am able to set up config, clients and 
resellers via Web and Console.
If i add a domain the created processes failed and ldap says things like this 
in the logs:

We run ISPMan-1.2 since about 1,5years without problems now. So i installed 
the 1.2 on that box to see if this works - and it works, everything seems to 
be ok. :-)

But.... where is the problem with the 1.3 install?
Is this a known problem?
