Hi Andreas John,

ok I try to drain the swamp.

1. I upgraded from 1.2 to 1.3rc1 (downloaded file)
2. Then I follow the migration steps from the documentation
3. I get the described error, try cvs update and test it again with
the same problem

a) I do the steps described in the UPGRADING File
b) I took the new ispman.conf file


I think the script has some problems with these two files, I don't have
this files !
