So, you created an account, with the CCP, and when you edit the same
account, you get this traceback?
Or is it when you edit any account(existing)?

Could you please comment the last line of the .ini file you created, ie:
 set debug = false
or set it to true, and try to re-create the problem?
Then mail the full text version of the tracback please.

I also usually idle on the #ispman channel on freenode.
