Can't locate Email/Valid.pm in @INC...

Hi

I'm trying to install ISPMan 1.3 on my server.

I follow succesfully every step of the INSTALL file, but when trying to 
access the web panel, i get this error:

a workaround is to comment line 63 of /opt/ispman/lib/ISPMan.pm (use 
ISPMan::MessagingMan;), but it's surely not the good solution. Help please!
