I did reply, but it was probably moderated (or not moderated, as the
case may be).

My only concern was that we SHOULD NOT remove/archive CVS.  It is part
of the history of the ASF, and should remain forever IMHO.

+1 to everything else.

Nobody responds, hence the project is more than closed, it's dead.
I have already changed the website to state it, and put a README.txt=20
file in CVS.

I will now notify the Jakarta PMC and take care of closing the rest
down.
