[ANN] Tapestry 2-4-alpha-4

Tapestry 2.4-alpha-4 has been released.

Tapestry is a web application framework structured around highly reusable
components.

This release removes some GPL and LPGL frameworks from the distribution, and
removes an unwanted dependency on a GPL library.
In addition, all packages were renamed from net.sf.tapestry to
org.apache.tapestry.  There have been minor improvements
to the input validation subsystem, and a change to how OGNL expressions are
represented in HTML templates.
