[Announcement] Commons Math 1.0-RC2 Released

The Commons Math team is pleased to announce the release of Commons Math 1.0-RC2. Commons Math is a library of lightweight, self-contained mathematics and statistics components. This release candidate incorporates community feedback from 1.0-RC1. Assuming there are no problems reported with 1.0-RC2, the formal 1.0 release distribution will be made available on the Apache distribution mirrors in two weeks. We encourage users to wait for the final 1.0 release before putting the code into production.
