[ANN] Apache Jakarta Mailer Taglib Version 1.1 Release

The Apache Jakarta Taglibs team would like to announce the release of
version 1.1 of the Mailer JSP Custom Tag Library.  This release fixes
all know bugs and adds one new custom tag. Please see the documentation
for more information about the release changes.
