Re: [VOTE] Release Ant 1.10.16 based on RC2

I downloaded the binary, checked some manuals, checked the NOTICE file 
and ran a couple of my existing Ant projects with the newer version. All 
went fine. I don't have access to a Windows system, so I haven't run 
anything Windows specific.
